Peter Puppy DoD TF animation

an edited version to Earthwormhelen's version of the same animation, only an additional frame added on, in the transition between the two

Originally, it was Peter Puppy.. however, i want to have the Name changed to Mitchell Puppy, his twin brother who quietly was watching and sometimes did a stunt of two.. now he's the dog of destiny instead.. hopefully
